What's in your inclination?

Are you more inclined to do chakra work listening to gurus and doing kriya yoga or more inclined to listen to more like Leo or Rupert and doing normal meditation sessions and self inquiring?

More inclined towards inquiry, insight and jnana yoga approaches.

I can't seem to work with energy, power, conditioning approaches for too long. Feels too tedious and more work(which I feel my life already so full with)
