Anger issues

I have big problems with anger, I can't manage myself when I get angry and I became very destructive and say things I shouldn't say and after I regret.

What should I do to avoid to let anger control me?

@cori you need to understand what makes you angry. notice the pattern that takes you there... even before the anger trigger.
