Some kind of entity talked to me

This was a couple of years ago but I'm still baffled by it. I was sitting at my desk attempting to do electrokinesis. And suddenly I heard weard noises coming out of my television and a womans voice started talking. I checked the volume and it was off. The womans voice said ''pugna'' 'three or four times with some weird background noises. I googled that word and it means battle. Kinda weird. I was wondering some of you have experienced similar things.

Accessing certain energies consciously or unconsciously, and vulnerabilities in one’s system can allow for such experiences. If they are spiritual, and not psychological.

For someone in your positions. I’d advise against things that can make your system more vulnerable. Eg introduction extreme amounts of energy to your system via psychedelics. Stay away from occult practices, and esoteric “knowledge”, and try to heal your system via healthy eating and excercising.

Ive experienced entity communication but it was on the heart opening and love side of things.  I wouldn't listen to entities telling you to do battle.  Id listen to Arhattobe if you want to play on the safe side of life, although it sounds like it was only one incident.
