Commuicating with Ego

I had a friend who was going through some hard time, and I just suggested strategic thinking and even in that I his ego make every excuse not to change. Leo goes on about eliminating the ego and this has to do with climbing up the spiral. What I have noticed though as I move up the spiral I find it a little more difficult to communicate with other people without seeming like a hippie, or sounding philosophical with some people.

Maybe Leo can make a video about some tips with either communicating with the other people based on maybe how high their ego is or where they are on the spiral. And then getting even better at identifying and even lessening your own ego when you have already made some big achievements.
