Identifiying the self with illusion

I watched a video from Teal Swan about oppening the third eye chacra, and she said it is possible to identify myselfe with illusion and that nothing closes the third eye more than that, but because it were very andvanced she didnt talk about it. I believe i started doing it after an event made me wrongly distrust my intuition and everything i learned watching actualized.org. Since then i feel strong preasure in my forhead every day, and am kinda lost in life...Does anyone know something about it? And how i can break free of it?

Teal Swan is to advanced and controversial, stay away until you are sure about what you are doing.

I suspect you used vibrations to try to open  third eye, so you should be able to do the same, but in opposite way to take the negative effects away .

Learn to control your emotions feelings will help you later in life, but it will take time so it will not fix the fact that you feel it now, I guess you feel lost because you tried to combine her information with Leos, when they have to many things that oppose each other and your ego is not mentally ready 

to take both of their information, 

Best you can try is to realize  that you are on your path and it is k that you do not have answers right now, or that you are not sure which is right , which is wrong, it is just something you will experiment with and if it does not seem quite right, it is fine, no need for feel self guilt, try another thing, with time you will have enough experience to have your emotions in check and be positive no matter what.

I understand your skepticism, but i didnt even know about Teal Swan after the event took place...i had put all my trust into a person and she kinda betrayed me, but not realy as i realize now. That made me question my intuition and everything i learned from actualized.org, and made me trust not in my intuition, but illusions, i dont know what else there is. And i still am, i can feel the preasure in my forhead every day, and i can remember the difference in counciousness from now and from before the event, i cant even explain the difference..

It is not about skepticism, what she works on are very dangerous stuff, she is pro emotions and instincts and she is very good on what she does, most people rate her way to low , when she is way above their level of comprehension, problem is that she is way to advanced for beginners , or rather way to dangerous, spiritualism on itself is dangerous, but that is why there are steps which you follow, she instead makes you jump right into the pit and fight all the monsters that are there.

You do not have to trust your intuition, or any of this crap for now, you can not expect to be able to deal with this at beginner stages, that is path straight to losing your mind, that is why I am saying stay away from her until you have enough experience to be able to deal with things when they go wrong and not get attached to every negative emotion , perspective , that will come your way, you have to be able to experience it , but not get attached to it.

Tap into Muladhara, is the only way, the other ways are mindfucks big time.
