Artists Yellow / Turquoise

7 posts in this topic

Hey there people!

Lately I've grown tired of all the stage-green artist I'm listening and I want to shift my focus forward. My request to you is, do you know artists / bands whose lyrics seem to come from someone with a stage yellow / turquoise point of view.

To not litter the thread with huge boxes, lets post the artist (with albums / songs) in text format, not with hyperlinks.

The green ones I listened too:
Nahko and Medicine for The People, Xavier Rudd, Trevor Hall, Soja, Twiddle, John Butler (Trio), Mike Love, Wookiefoot.

So yeah, do you guys know any artists with more advanced lyrics. I can listen everything, from Atmospheric Black Metal to Rap. Lets hear it :)

I actually just made a thread for covering art of the different stages. I have posted some yellow music, and so have others as well. Turquoise remains to be seen, but I'm sure we'll get there:

Thank you for the suggestions, slowly going through all of the new albums of the artists you gave me :).

@Unceremoniously

Sting (Shape of my heart / Wheel within a wheel)

Nightwish (the album "Endless Forms Most Beautiful") ---> Especially the song "The Greatest Show On Earth" from start to finish. It's an epitome of Turquoise.

Haken (Bound by Gravity)

Tool (46 and 2)

Devin Townsend
