What do conflict and chaos have to do with enlightenment?

Hello everyone. This might be a silly question, but I don't really understand this. I am new to the entire enlightenment thing. For example: I can't remember the definition of mindfulness. Pretty new as you can see.

For some reason I have this satisfaction with the words ''conflict and chaos'' and wondered if it had anything to do with enlightenment.

When one really awakens will be able to feel all the happiness and drama of the entire humanity, and that is tough. 

Cold sweat will arise at certain moments. 

We are all connected on the dark side of the matter, the inside, so when you escape the dormant stage crazy shit can happen, is not for those who are afraid, because if you stick to fear and run from it, oh boy, one can get stuck in limbo. 

You go all the way or you don't, the risk is losing yourself if you are not prepared. 

Why do i say this? Because I have experienced about 10h of insanity, my mother and sister called the ambulance and I went to the psychiatric hospital on my first awakenings back in 2016. They gave me a serum and went home, I continued meditating and came back, only after a few days I realized what was happening and months later to have a very clear insight.
