Using Positive affirmations as a mantra for meditation.

Could I use positive affirmations for mantra meditation? Could I create my own mantra?

When you meditate your brain waves slow down going deeper into the subconscious, if you are really concentrated you can even achieve theta, which is a highly sensitive state to the subconscious. So if you're trying to use affirmations to change the subconscious it's definitely worth a try.

I personally like to use mantras as a tool of mind, to focus my thoughts on a particular direction, especially when they get all messed up in my head xD

To be honest I'm still trying to install this habit and I often forget to use mantras hahaha
