 Besides eating healthy and exercising , what life hacks do you use daily to boost your energy so you can work more and better?

Multivitamins as well as other pills of nutritional value to keep my system nourished, and lots of green tea (which has small amount of caffeine). Ultimately, I'm trying to optimize my overall health so that my day-to-day energy can take care of itself.

Following a plan not only seems to give me energy but it helps direct that energy so I am not wondering and wasting it.

Mediation and cold showers, combined with exercise and healthy food gives me enough energy to hit the gym after work and still have plenty of energy left.

Unfortunetaly my diet is far from being healthy yet but meditation and cycling made a huge difference already energy wise. Can't really think of any additional helpful things besides stimulants which are unhealthy obviously (but damn those adderall days were productive)
