Understanding death in order to live

What is death? Where does it begin? Then can we know more about being alive

Death is not far away, it is not a physical event that signifies the end of your journey on earth 

It is here and now

Death when you pretend, when you pretend to be or you pretend to like

Dead when you lie, to others and yourself, when you don't allow yourself to be who you are

Death when you feel too guilty, when you feel you owe so much that your life must be offered to please someone else

When you understand and identify death, knowing that death is right here in your everyday life, can you more easily move towards the blooming of life  

Death & life are right here, everything happens now, either you move up the spiral or you move down the spiral

Its either forward or backward, there is no neutral ground, no stasis, either you are living, or you are dying

It may be quite shocking to find those moments where you are undead

Not only this but you may be able to use it for a perspective/choice to  simplify your life? Maybe at times. Your habits? Maybe. Your present? Maybe. You?

Interesting perspective  

Perhaps yes, recognizing those moments of death and allowing them to be can invite in a sort of simplicity
