I can't do anything not even go and get my self a glass of water. I'm over stimulated with Internet and technology. I feel miserable inside. No motivation AT ALL. This happens with me a lot of times maybe because I lost 15k$ but even then it keeps happening with me. What do I do to not feel miserable?

Seems like your trying to resist how you feel with everything you have. Its like your stuck in quicksand. The more you struggle the deeper you sink.

 

Just let yourself feel like miserable. Its ok. You may not want to but allowing yourself to feel your emotions is extremely important. Just let yourself sit there and feel like shit. It will NOT last forever. Nothing does. Right now your mind is telling you to chill. So chill

You can use this process. But use it exactly as described for a period of time.

It's a simple process, but you will need to initially force yourself to start it.

You must have a serious discussion with yourself and decide what you want: keeping this state that you are in and feel "miserable"  or you can let this go and move on. From my point of view you have only one option: move on.

It's just like a phone, when the battery is down, you recharge it. The same with you, recharge your batteries. How you do this? It's up to you.

 

So let's move it forword, usually when a person fellls lazy and don't have ambition is from lack of vision: what's your purpose? Reconnect with your life purpose and enjoy life (remember: it's your dutty to recharge your batteries).
