Intermittent Fasting - Increased Anxiety

Hi.

I have tried intermittent fasting for about 4 days right now. I am counting my macros and right now I am at a deficit (2000 kcal). What I have started to experience though is heightened anexiety. I am drinking black coffee.

Is this normal and will it eventually stop?

If it doesn't work, trash it. Experiment more, isolate the anxiety and kill it.
