Why To Eat Only One Time A Day

5 posts in this topic

Hello guys.

I've been watching this video and it is making sense.

When I eat only a meal per day I feel better. I have mental clarity. I can read and learn effectively.

What are your thoughts on this? Have any of you tried eating only once a day? A no carbohydrate diet.

Intermittent fasting is a great tool to integrate into your life.

Consistently eating one meal a day seems too excessively controlling.

Instead what I recommend is do this for a few days and then listen to your body and what it needs.

Then eat well and eat lightly when you feel a real need to. Not just the onset of hunger.

I've gone 24hrs without eating before simply because my body wasn't hungry.

Of course this varies based on person to person and exercise quantity.

From my experience, what I can say is that I'm having a profound mental clarity. I can't even explain it. It feels like I'm on Modafinil or something.

When I was eating two or three meals a day, I felt sleepy and I couldn't concentrate.

One of the most important things in a self-actualizing (mastery) life is DIET.

Without a proper diet, you can't do anything yield.

Haven’t finished the video, but me personally I probably wouldn’t try this. Food is energy, and if you're someone who likes to hit up the gym consistently, you need to get enough calories each day. Calories to lift the weights or do the cardio in the first place, and take in more calories because you’ve burned hundreds of calories after your workout.

But I’m not saying that doesn’t work, it probably does for some people and if so, then cool. And also like one of the posts above said, it depends on the person and exercise quantity.
