People Dont Believe In Happiness

When I tell people about meditation, introspection and contemplation they seem to brush it off, its like they dont believe it matters, happiness is at your fingertips people! Its not reserved for the bearded men on the mountaintops.

”My life is too complex”

”Its not that easy”

”You only said that because you’re somehow privileged” 

and on and on

To be honest the bearded-man don't seem that happy, Ive yet to see a guru that really looks like he's happy and having fun  

Ive seen the neutral peaceful face but there's really more to life then a peacefully detached expression, we all know that

 

#Babies are the real gurus when it comes to happiness  

 Most people that see a baby immediately start smiling or they feel something deep, thats a fact

Actually people do believe in happiness. They, as in thought, seems to try and and control itself to bring about a state of happiness. This action and belief are really the same. This insight is huge dude. Part of the underlying insight that comprehends the whole of thought.
