Keep watching your thoughts, and never give up.

Continue to watch them all the time and you will stop to take them so seriously.

If there is the I thought, there is the ego. With no ego there is no I-thought. Who hears? Think that, in french, whenever there is the I-thought, and search for the space in which this who hears is. That thought stops the I-thought. Although it might be very short, the brain will learn from each time one such stop of I thoughts happen.

That's exactly what I'm saying.

No need for complex guru sentences to explain it.

Why is there suffering? Doesn’t suffering redlect our present reality?

Suffering is only there when you refuse reality as it is.

When you think it should be different that what it already is.

You create an alternative version of reality in your mind that isn't there, and you cling to it.

The contrast of that is suffering.

That's going to happen 50 million times (give or take). One day, it's going to feel like you are finding Self: not losing.

(From personal experience. Call your Self first for more Self. Infinite conditions may apply.)

Or is there any entity to accept or not? See the falseness of this entity dude. Actually see the falseness of it. When you actually SEE, there will be no compulsion to accept or not to accept. There will no longer be any movement in either direction psychologically. Has nothing to do with practice. Practice/habit is a mind/thought pattern which means you are still within that conditioned field of self. You might then see that practice/cultivation from a place of “me” is simply keeping that division alive dude. Life is to short brah. End it now, why put it off in time. It can be said that to cultivate a freedom from self is still a form of resistance.  Freedom acts now. It’s not a thing achieved in time. Keep exploring the depths of self/thought brah?
