Eye twitching, shaking, spinning

I think I keep having more & more kundalini awakenings, pure energys release, but no instights, third eye going crazy it's completely nuts, the spinning goes go on for 15 mintutes & more if I let it, this is absolutely nuts? Come on who's got info?  I really woke something crazy up here ?

@TripleNipple I had a kundalini awakening 4 months ago, last night I was just doing a regular concentrate on you're breath mantra mediation, but like Mooji said, "the syrum is in" ny kundalini is already awakened, it's absolutely nuts/ kinda cool.

When I have such symptoms I just focus on chakras more when doing Pranayama, but since you don't practice Kriya Yoga, you may look for some standalone Yoga exercise to still down your energy.

Focus the breath on Muladhara, it comes back up automatically.
