Check signs of depression (google them).

If you honestly don't see them applying to you, it's just ego shedding and you will come to normal soon enough ?

It can be a confusing state to be in, happens to me still as well.  Just going on a walk without trying to figure anything out can be a great thing to do during this type of thing.  Also if I dont want to move I find its generally best to just be, simply close your eyes and do nothing and don't make a problem out of the state of being.  I find this to be the purest kind of meditation, its spontaneous if you don't concern yourself with what it means or whats supposed to happen.

Just a theory.

Maybe you feel like everything is repeating itself and you want something new to happen.

When nothing new isn't happening then we start to feel like stagnant and feelings of boredom and dying arise.

Solution? I don't know. It has something to do with karma and how fast it goes but it's beyond my understanding. I've heard sadhguru talk about it everywhere.

Its very normal brother, you are experiencing an ego backlash or minor crisis due to too many truths learned in a short time which is overwhelming. Just try to relax and do one hour of gratitude for everything like i am gratitude for being alive, I am gratitude for the food and for the knowledge, I am gratitude for being and to see and hear and smell and taste.  Give your ego or self the love it wants, now its the time where it feels the most lonely, just repeat I love you and whenever a feel good sensation pop somewhere in your body catch it and spread across all of your body and repeat the mantra or saying that induces this sensation. You will feel good.

"Whatsoever is on it (the earth) will perish. And The Face of your Lord Full of Majesty and Honour will remain forever❤️" Quran: Surat Ar-Rahman (The Merciful)

"We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient"?Quran: Suratal Al-baqarah (The Cow)

In terms of the why, thats a harder one to answer, it may be like asking why planets are circles and not octahedrons.  It seems from my experience if your on the spiritual path and its a true focus that you ebb and flow through phases like this.  Maybe during your reading phase you understood some concepts that were new and they started to integrate into your life, creating shifts both outer/inner.  Then your desires changed to more meditation or doing nothing, and during this time you may of learned new aspects of illusion inside yourself or about life, and this sunk in gradually creating new shifts both inner/outer.  Then again desires switched.....  Does this sound familiar?  Also the advice from the user below is great in places of change like it sounds like your going through

@Your place at Heart

This is some good advice, definitely a must in my opinion during ego fighting phases.
