You can meditate! Anytime! You can rest your mind! 

 

You can move! Your toes, your feet, your legs, your fingers, your hands, your arms, your neck, your head, your mouth! Look at the tendons moving effortlessly inside your arms!

 

You can eat! You can drink! Notice how your entire body is working round the clock to create you anew!

 

You can talk! You can communicate! You make another person feel happier just by uttering a sentence! You can make yourself happier!

 

You can laugh!

 

Youre full of energy! Sharp as a tack in the morning and perfectly relaxed in the evening as the melatonin eases you into sleep!

 

You can dream! Dreams are amazing! You can fly!

 

Your heart is beating.

 

Your blood is flowing unobstructed.

 

Your immune system is protecting you.

 

Your body is always at the perfect temperature.

 

Your body heals without you needing to do anything.
