Meditating At Different Times

Hey everyone,

I wanted to get your opinions on choosing to meditate at different times of the day. For e.g, if you know you need to do something in the morning and delay meditating till after the activity is done, wont you benefit more ? Rather than having that thought constantly appearing in the morning.

Or does it really matter ?

In say thay say it's best to meditate in the morning before breakfast. I prefer after breakfast but I'm going to try meditating 1 hour every morning before breakfast. It does matter I would say, but I can be wrong. Experient and see whats best for you!
