simple trick to reduce the effects of depression

When you are feeling depressed

Tell yourself, I'm so happy right now.  When you say this your mind will start to think of reasons of why you said this. 
(This works because when you act regardless of your emotions, you will feel happy because of it)  

Learn to categorize actuality vs imagination. 
(This works because 100% of your depression is imagination) 
 

Its been helping me a lot, let me know what you guys think.

That's sleep deprivation lol 

when your sleep deprived, it's equivalent to being buzzed on beer

Although, that's not ideal.

    • It takes 8 hours to process caffeine. For 8 hours before going to bed, you shouldn't drink caffeine.
    • At night time, your environment should be dark so that you can fall asleep more easily.
    • At night, reduce the color temperature of your screens with softwares.
  • Eat well
  • Exercise well
  • Establish appropriate schedule
    • Decide when to exercise
    • Decide when to wake up and go to bed
  • Establish appropriate rituals
    • Morning ritual for warming up
    • Evening ritual in preparation for going to bed
