Can "looking at my hand" replace my self-inquiry

4 posts in this topic

I usually wake up, meditate for an hour and self-Inquiry for another hour. But, is it possible to replace it with it with an hour of looking at my hand. Is it better? I don't have much time to include both, so it's either one or the other.  Maybe I can look at my palm whilst self-inquiring, but I feel it gets confusing to switch between the two. What are your suggestions?

On one day, do self-inquiry. On another day, watch your hand. Focus on one on a specific day.

@Cody_Atzori Looking at the hand is basically a form of self-inquiry.

Of course don't ONLY do that exercise for the rest of your life, but you could doing it for a couple months and then switch it up.

You gotta experiment to see which exercises jive with you.
