Sunday Challenge !!!

I create this post to challenge us.

Every Sunday from now we will host a challenge.

 

The challenges will all be about lasting as long as possible for a definite spiritual practice, in a single session, without any distraction whatsoever.

 

There is no specific time on the day where the challenge will be hold, and there is no required time to last either.

You just do what you want with the time you have,

But the goal is still to push yourself outside of your comfort zone.

 

For the first challenge, I want you to look at your hand (?) as long as you can.

It is not about boosting any ego.

It's just a motivation trick, and a way to weekly share our experiences.

If it ever become an ego fuckfest, and if it doesn't change after we repeatidely say to stay on topic, then I'll ask to close the topic.
