lack of passion or lack of discipline?

I changed my original question after reading more articles on the forum,  

basically, the question was > I love working on projects and usually feel energy and passion while doing that. 

However, as we all know, passion doesn't last and at some point, you have to keep grinding without it. 

 

When I feel like not doing some projects anymore, I'd hire someone to complete it for me. Is this a wrong approach?

 Should I keep completing something for the sake of completing it regardless if feel happy doing that or shall I work on discipline and teach myself that any project I start and get far enough I have to finish?
