Since I have a lovely girlfriend, I'm not interested in other commitments anymore, but I still use the attraction game approach with almost every girl I stumble upon.

I even kissed two close friends of mine, but just to have fun, and I don't feel like I've cheated on her.

I do that because I obviously enjoy that and (counter-intuitively) because I think it could strengthen my relationship.

I mean, It helps to keep the sexual tension between us and to avoid depolarization.

Do you agree? Why?

It’s all about expectations. It may strengthen the attraction she has for you, but attraction is not the only factor in a successful relationship.

Most girls are going to consider what you did a form of cheating. So if you’ve set an expectation that you’re going to just be committed to her, she is not going to be happy.

Conversely, if you set an expectation in the beginning that this is an open relationship where this kind of thing is acceptable, now you’re fine.

Figure out what you actually want and then just do it.

I actually want to master my relationship.

Now I'm trying to figure out what are the main factors in a successful one.

I'm questioning the common thoughts like "be her best friend" ecc... 

I've read The way of a superior man and I found it amazing.

I'm a little afraid of depolarization. Anyway, right now, we have good communication and sex.

p.s. Our relationship isn't an open one, yet we are quite free, we let us space and we don't have strong jealousy.
