Mind blown after a kundalini awakening

About 3 months ago I was doing an SDS sit accompanying it with self inquiry at the same time when bam!  (After about 2 hours) All of a sudden out of no where it felt like fire or energy was shooting out of the top of my crown shakra for about 2 minutes, prior to this point I was still hesitant or questioning if this enlightenment thing  was real. Well not anymore! Only problem is I didn't have any insights during this time just the energy shooting out of the top of my head, I thought maybe I was enlightened so I just got up, the ego popped up shortly after & I realized it wasn't the whole Shabang but it was something? But what was it exactly? anyone heard of this before???? Anyone??? Only one who's offerd me any help on this one is leo? Please give me some real advice guys, no mistacsim or stupid remarkes, I've only been involved with stuff for a year & have many questions still.?

Yes, probably is genuine what you've experienced, but...

Do it again and go with it, stop asking questions to yourself, just breathe and let the dragon define you. Maybe you will experience automatic body movements, go with them. There is no single point in which you can say: "now I've got it". Enjoy the experience and it will transform you. Let go of what you think you are or those phenomenal purposes you think you are in.

Stuff like this happens all the time for some people.

Don't get over-excited with every little insight or mystical experience you get.

Trust your practice and do it continously. Don't stop, because you think you are Enlightened. That's a trap.

i think all you need to know is that its normal, i also experienced stuff like that.

try to listen to your intuition and to go your own path, without getting all of the information from other people. theyre just pointers.

@Shin @Shin my 3rd eye has been pulsating like crazy, also I feel like I have to tingling sensations throughout my body at times & sometimes I can't get to sleep cause those tingling feelings or energy keep me awake, other than that nothing's changed ?
