NoFap advised for young people?

Hello everyone. I wanted to ask a question for those who are all in for NoFap. I am very young and wonder if anyone would advise me to really get into it. Whenever I read about masturbating regurlarly, all I could see were people who said it was natural. Because I am young I am full of hormones and I can't surpress it. I tried quitting, kept getting back on it after a few weeks.

That's a tough dilemma for me aswell. I found when I don't fap for too long then it' becomes harder for me to ejaculate with woman.

Masturbation is not natural but its OK. Its only made possible by computers and recorded sex videos. Sexual urge is natural. Sexual urge is the strongest part of Human being, humans will prioritize it over food or sleep or home. You will always go back to masturbation or having sex. The key is to not cut it off or see as bad thing. Is just to get back to it after a period of time so that you don't use it as comfort or as mean of escape or high to run away from reality. If you use it too often, you will burn yourself and experience symptoms of sexual exhaustion and that take long time to heal and you may look older than your age.If you use it too little, you become hypersexual and aggressive. The key is practicing it for example like every week once or every two weeks once but cutting it off completely is challenge. You can learn about transmutation of sexual energy and this people use it to become smarter, look younger, healthier, more beautiful.

An addict never thinks he's an addict.

He will use all the rationalization in the world.

Even then, just so you know guys, porn fuels sex traffic.

So if you want to fap, do it on your own, otherwise you support a girl that could be very well someone you know being sexually abused.

@Your place at Heart I mostly go ''full flag horny'' when I am learning for a test. I don't know why, but it's almost always during homework. I have almost eliminated any kind of NSFW on my phone. How am I supposed to be present in the moment while learning for physics?

@Serotoninluv that is exactly what I thought. When I first started thinking about if masturbating was oke, I thought about how everyone has done it. Humans in the past have obviously done it right. At some point their dick got erected and they discovered a thing called orgasm right? It's these thought that made me accept masturbation.
