It Takes A Millisecond...

For the ego to jump in and fear to take over, I was close to a realization, fear ran up my chest like a river of tiny ants. I’ll keep soldiering on.

it's like you are about to fall towards something

something big

something different

and then you take a step back all of a sudden

 

was this during a meditation?

@SoonHei Yeah, I was doing a guided meditation, slipped away from it a bit into a very focused self-inquiry and then Bam! had to open my eyes.   Not the first that it has happened, but I see it as progress, theres something hiding that my ego doesnt want me to see.
