I feel jealous of my friends or room mate talking to his or her gf,bf….in my room bc that remind of my own ex which I left cuz she was no more trustworthy for me,,,,and feel like the feelings of old relapses and all that negative thinking,,,,,,now I want nobody to talk about his her relationship cuz that makes me feel jealous and very disturbing...
