Don't know how this topic suddenly got revived again, lol. 

I don't really know who to trust and to listen to, I guess if you like watching RSD and feel like their videos are helping you, go for it. If not, you could try other dating-related companies that offer different perspectives. 

In the end, just consume content that you resonate with and helps you further your journey.
