When one starts to ground, heaviness arises on blockages, followed maybe by pain & extasy.

Usually when one taps into plexus to burn the rain, then is noticed in the neck. The lymphatic system from the white/appendix into blue and green.

If you stay with her voice, this guided meditation might be specifically helpful.

Hi Nahm, Regarding the Meditation you suggested me... I cant take the Meditation more than 25 min.. and give up cuzzz it becomes so boring... She says to ask yourself questions after 14 min. Till 28 min of the video... And I don’t see to have many questions to ask myself and give up the Meditation! I am not getting the point of this guided meditation!

When we sit to meditate, the tension we have accumulated during our lives shows up.

If it gets too intense, try a different posture, or maybe do yoga or get a Chinese massage to unblock your body.

Keep in mind that meditation is not about tolerating unecessary discomfort.
