I've finished my first 10 day Vipassana Retreat today. I've learned it here on this forum then I decided to attend.

I would like to pay my respect to @Leo Gura and to this forum for being in such a service for people. Now I really understand the very core of this content here, deeply. And now it's very clear for me why most of the topics struck my heart and created such an impact on me.
