Lucid dreaming

I think it would be interesting if Leo covered this topic. Lucid dreaming has various forms and I firstly didn't know that it's also part of meditation. Or something in that direction at least. It would be helpful for me, and probably many others,  if Leo could go deeper into this topic.

He wrote recently in this forum that he doesnt do lucid dreaming. So Id guess its not something he finds much important.
