How I can be that which is being watched? 

How can that which is being watched be separate from the world?

Look at what you are until you realize that you are what is looking.

The devil is in the details. Be conscious. Be aware.

You crawl up my chest like a million tiny ants. It takes the blink of an eye for you to jump in and bend up my eyelids with your lever. What do you know that I dont? What are you hiding? What are you afraid of? Next time the brickwall will crack.

Where are you my hoopoe?

My life is lived by me.

Is life me? or am I living in life? 

How can I live in life if life is mine?

Am I life itself?

The world and I came and entered together.

When Alice fell down the rabbit hole she couldnt go back until she had finished her ordeal. Why Self-Inquire? Its too late to ask why.

Give attention to suffering and emotion, dont starve them, be in the stomach, be in the chest. Your mind can rest.

From me to you. From you to me. From me to mu.

Can reality exist without you?
