Enlightment: Physical Changes

Hello!

First of all, I´m spanish, i´m sorry for mi english level, is quite poor. 

I have seen some very interesting videos in this site about enlightment, but there is not information about this topic concretely (physical changes) and i want to ask about it. ¿Is it a "tabu" topic? very few gurus talk about it, except U.G. Krishnamurti maybe. He told that he lost most of his sensation of taste and that he can't have sex after the enlightment (he named it "the calamity") can be true?

Does you know of any other physical changes in a person due to experiencing enlightenment?

Sex and Food, and other things, are all chemical stimuli, and can be seen as "drugs".  When you get the realization, the cravings, and desire you had will diminish by a lot.  And if you keep meditating, and resolving the ego, breaking habits, and "fetters" you could eventually get to a state where any stimuli becomes irrelevant, and you won't go out of your way to do it.  This includes sex, food, or any other activity you used to take pleasure in.

But, on the bright side, you will feel equanimity doing nothing, and eating only when you are hungry, etc.
