If you were a tenured professor (which I assume he is/was) — why would you be motivated to become a self-help teacher?  Something doesn’t add up in that.  There’s some demons he’s fighting within himself.  Sometimes the people who become big into self-help are the ones who have the most demons.

@The Don Jordan said that his IQ was tested to be over 150. He said that when you break down the sub components of his test he's only 90th percentile numerically (I might be wrong don't quote me) but on the other hand he is very high verbally. So his cognitive ability is a factor here. He's just got a talent for public speaking and talking in general. He's a psychologist who has clients as well so he's done hours and hours of talking and listening to people. 

Another thing worth mentioning is that Jordan Peterson will often express in precise terms what most people will express in unprecise terms. Even if the truths and messages he conveys are vague and broad in what they are refrencing, his language is still precise. Academics learn how to be good with language it seems.

Thank you for responding to me.

Let's put aside the non-dual perspective and talk from a materialistic paradigm.

It's because of the Blue value system that we have a functioning society today.

Some elements of Blue are NECESSARY, as you said in one of your videos.

For example, the family value. Without families societies die. Average age of the population in Germany is 47. They aren't having enough kids. Soon will be just a few of them because they FAIL to understand the necessity of the family.

Their economy will sink of course but who cares? They like the CHIMP behaviour (sex, clubs, unnecessary social gatherings, gossip, TV and so fort) instead of preferring to raise Rockstar kids. Blue teaches us about family values.

What most people who pursue Enlightenment fail to understand that PEOPLE ARE NOT BASICALLY GOOD. If we don't ask the question: "How do we make people good?" we are in trouble.

I appreciate Christianity not because I believe in God, but because of its values.

Wisdom is necessary.

P.S: feminism is CANCER. Socialism doesn't work because Socialism spends what Capitalism creates. Socialism fails every time. Denmark, Sweden, Finland or Norway aren't run by a socialist system.

He really does embrace the self suffering ego narrative and if he was just teaching methods and practices to people for the cessation of suffering even if it is to a very specific cultural niche then more power to him. It's not anything I would encourage but the last thing I want to allow happen is my own being agitated by him or his people.

Although, he surely goes full fundy extreme minded over ideological diversity that comes from his moralizing which he justifies the use of vitriolic intent towards others.

I kind of like him though, I enjoyed his stuff, his lectures, before he blew up in attention from the other issues.

I avoid his stuff now.
