Fear and Emotional Resistance to truth (lowercase a)

Hello, I feel great resistance and some fear when attempting to see my self-lies, dishonesty, selfishness, greed, how I help sustain suffering in the world, etcetra. This makes seeing my lies more difficult. How can I develop a desire to see the truth?

@123456789 The desire to see the truth comes only when you have enough of suffering your lies. When you realize that the suffering of lying to yourself is far greater than the pain of realizing that you were a selfish liar. It's like with toothaches: better go see a dentist and be done with the pain instead of having toothaches for the rest of your life.

2. dont see them as something bad. i also realized a lot about my shadow recently and i just had to accept it. how did i do it? without judging. it is what it is, its part of me and thats ok. smile at those parts of you and be greatful theyre there, without them, what fun would it be getting freed from them ?
