Ohh sorry ?, yea that's true, it is also a matter of style.. but it is the same.. and it depends also for an individual.. like mooji's technique if you ....do it for consciousness somehow you will get enlightened but if you are the people who just only bow down.. I don't know if you will get the point of what they do in a satsang ??
