Nisargadatta enlightenment quote

There is so much in this quote that makes me feel very excited and almost uneasy as well. Where is this enlightenment thing taking me; that this one quote and obscure guy from India is making me unable to ignore.

Hi Hafiz,

Your opinion;

When Maharaj Nisargadatta refers to; Para Brahman - Consciousness - the  body (food-body), is it accurate to think of this as Rishi (the Seer/Knower) - Devata (the process of seeing/knowing/experiencing) - chandas (the object being seen/known/experienced), where Rishi is Para Brahman, Consciousness is Devata and the body is chandas?
