Posted September 13, 2018 Video games are addictive and time-sucks. They are counterproductive to having a productive, fulfilled, actualized life. If someone can moderate their video game playing (to something like an hour a week), I don't see a problem with that. But they are addictive, and I doubt many people have the discipline to counter the manipulation. Trouble is, many people on this forum think that moderate video game use is a couple hours a day. Posted September 14, 2018 (edited) Crazy how people who make these jokes probably actually make these excuses and objections. I had a good friend from highschool who was into Leo's videos as well and he made a joke about staying in the village when you should be on a hero's journey. I was like, "you gotta be on the hero's journey." My friend was like "no, just stay in the village." Btw Leo talks about the "Hero's Journey" in his Life Purpose course for anyone who doesn't get the reference. Based on recent conversations with him, I'm sure he only cares about staying in the village. Although he does watch Leo's videos, but for entertainment.
