Is it possible to do shamanic breathing gradually?

I ask it because I'm diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and I don't think it's a good idea to do 30 minutes of shamanic breathing by myself. That's why I ask if it's possible to do it gradually. Or is it like black and white? If I do shamanic breathing for 10 minutes and stop, will it be less intense?

I watched many Sean Blackwell's videos and I'm starting to know more about Stanislav Grof (I heard he even worked with schizophrenics).

yes, build up to it - go at your own pace

 

consider the wim hof method to dip your toes in so to speak

Yeah you can start 5 mins then 10 then 15 etc but nothing fancy is gonna happen until you reach 30 mins anyway.

Thank you! I'm gonna take a look at Wim Hof's method. But I thought his method was more about facing cold, and not facing emotional issues.

I'll take a look anyway.

I read some comments of people who felt something even after 15 minutes.

@brugluiz Well I guess it depends on your psyche and physiology, i did 20 mins and I felt some tingle in my fingers but that’s it. I’m gonna try again someday though.
