I found an amazing book called dictator handbook, revealing rules for why government behave they behave and how rulers must behave so that they survive while ruling their kingdom. This book talk about two type of rulers: democratic and absolute and how they can maintain their power and transition it. Why its not worth it to give out their wealth to commoners like us.
