Materialism / Spirituality makes no practical difference

If life is just soulless atoms bouncing around randomly in a box your outlook on life will seem pointless and suffering cruel and without purpose.

 

If we are all one consciousness its the same. Even if its all engineered by a higher intelligence and we are god it makes no difference. If god wanted to know what its like to be burned in a third world country and thats your life thats it. If god wanted to know what its like to live a mediocre life of suffering that might be you. If god wanted to know what its like be someone who pursues true spirituality, meditates for 10 years and then dies in a car crash that could be you. What if you god engineered your life to send you lesson after lesson of suffering to motivate you to become the best version of yourself and then gives you cancer. Stuff like that happens, and you may be deceived to life out this cruel joke of a life.

 

Its equally as random, and its destined to play out as it plays out. Same cruel randomness. If you are enlightened you will just know for sure if its this or that sort of randomness.

@Leo Gura Maybe there is a difference with how you deal with the shit that its thrown at you, and enlightened master will certainly feel less emotional pain. I'm talking about the fact that shit is thrown at you randomly regardless. And some of that shit is bigger than you, If I go to some enlightened guy with a gun and pull the trigger than its over for him. Then I was that shit coming his way.

@MM1988 No, there is nothing random about it. That is a silly idea of the materialist paradigm because you are not yet conscious of infinite intelligence.

@Leo Gura There might be a big picture plan for why it plays out as it plays out by an infinite intelligence. But from my limited point of view it might as well be random. There certainly are spiritual people suffering of some disease and then dying before starting any meaningful work. I dont know if I'm destined to be one of those people or not, therefore its random from my point of view.
