Kundalini: Intense pressures in the head

6 posts in this topic

For those of you who know what I'm talking about:

I experience very intense pressure in the head. Before it was at the ajna chakra and now it has moved up to the Sahasrar (while still present to a smaller extend in the forehead). Do you have a particular method of managing these symptoms? I have no issue with just letting them be, but I realize how they change in quality and flow as I work with the energies. Sadly I lack a good Kundalini teacher to ask them these questions. Was just wondering if you guys have any experience with this.

@Mu_ In absence of a guru I am very apprehensive of doing specific yoga poses. It usually makes things worse. Although, I have done insane yoga poses in kriyas. Stuff that I couldn't even dream of doing otherwise. It was great because it was a moment of total surrender to God, as if the body was a puppet on strings.

You don't need to a guru to stand on your head.  If you physically aren't able, dont do it, but if your able to try it "could" work.  Up to you :)
