I get irritated easily over small things.... does observing seems to make my situation more worst.:|

I’d say to try to simply be aware of it every time it occures. Eventually you should be able to see the pattern and the source of it and hopefully heal it. That’s what I read anyway. Still struggling with it myself ;) if you come across a better solution, please share!

There is an aspect of you which wants you to get irritated, and another that does not. What happened now is that the aspect of you which doesn't want to get irritated got a chance to express itself.

It's natural that it gets "worse" if you observe it because it makes the friction between these parts of more obvious. Keep on observing nonetheless. The very reason this is a problem for you is because you are used to living with lower level of awareness.

Even though this quote may seem negative, it describes the life as an ego really well:

"There is no coming to consciousness without pain. People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own Soul. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious." - Carl Jung

Also, watch this video if you haven't already. The video doesn't describe the nuances of this statement fully but this should be able to tell you why observing works:

Spirituality is any movement towards the Unnamable. Everything is spiritual.

The only true way out Resistance is going into it because any way out of it is staying in it.

The purest life possible is surrendering to the Absolute.

I have seen the freeing fact that only if conflict is there then we are still seeing ourselves as divided. “Me” and them.

Divided observation will always make this conflict. I had to start by identifying this divided movement. Understand divided movement/fragmentation in “myself”.

When I would act as if I was seperate from fear i would avoid the fact/fear and escape to non-fear xD ..psychological time.

If I see that there is only fear, then who Is in battle to escape to non-fear. Takes two to tango. ????xD. Tango meaning to conflict.

If I am not seperate from fear, if I say IM the fear.......isnt I identifying myself with fear....which causes more suffering ?????

Thought can imitate whatever it wants. It imitates it’s idea of non-fear, non greed. But do you have to identify as fear? Fear is already there. It’s what makes this impulse to identify. But you have to see it.
