Books That Teach How To Learn Faster

 I'm searching for books that teach you how to learn better , but i stumble across a lot of books that have good ratings but are not practical. Books that talk about the science that studies the learning process , or that teach how to learn in an academic environment , or numbers , etc. It's a pain in the ass to filter through all the bullshit , so i was wondering if you guys know any good ones that focus on the practical side.
