Does anyone  use sleep paralysis, to achieve obes or lucid dream. I can't  activate sleep paralysis anymore for the life of me . If I do i'm ironically dreaming  about it. Lucid dreaming is more common for me then obes ,but sleep paralysis was my only gateway .

I made videos on the topic. I've mostly used sleep paralysis for the OBEs, but I've done a little bit with lucid dreaming as well. Here are the videos. And if you have any specific question, feel free to ask.
