Something is constantly disturbing me

It feels like it's located above somewhere and so far I am unsuccessful in figuring it out. It's actually been there for a few months now, or at least I've been aware of it that long.

Also it seems like this is the only thing left keeping me from complete tranquility.

What could it be?

Crown chakra block?

Brain issue?

Please help!

@0ne if it's an energy problem try kriya yoga. But be gentle with your practise. It may be powerful. You could read a book about reiki so you can learn more about prana, Chi or whatever the fuck this is... 

Of course you can do a brain scan to see if it's a "physical" problem.
