Conformity And Non-conformity

A great video topic would be about conformity vs non-conformity. What are concrete examples of conformity and how can conformity be effective or ineffective? How has conformity limited humanity from self-actualizing? What is non-conformity? I discovered that superficial non-conformity would be changing your fashion style like wearing piercings or tattoos to look "cool." That's shallow non-conformity! Non-conformity would be embracing alternative lifestyles and living a life on your own terms. There has been plenty of famous non-conformists throughout history like Tim Burton, Quentin Tarantino, Salavador Dali, Nikola Tesla, Albert Einstein, Oscar Wilde, and so many others. Great leaders, thinkers, artists, philosophers, and scientists were non-conformists!
