Research proposal hypothetical question

If a $100,000 grant was available for a research project to explore a topic of your choosing (ex. to the stars academy of arts and science research grant) and there would be no bureacratic or political interference, what would your research entail.  

For this to be a useful discussion, It would be preferable to post a premise, hypothesis and methods--rather than just a topic of interest.

@exhale I would do a study on the effects of rectally administered 5-MeO-DMT on human beings across all levels of Spiral Dynamics stages, from Red, Blue, Orange, Green, and above and document their reactions and most importantly, who it fails to work on and why.

I would also rigorously document the clinical and therapeutic benefits, so the government would have zero basis to claim that 5-MeO has no legit medical properties. It needs to be made clear that anyone who denies the effectiveness of 5-MeO is being unscientific.
