First take a cold bath/shower * FORCE YOURSELF TO STAY IN FOR ~10 MINUTES AT LEAST * to manually breath and wake the nervous system. Scream if needed and do not restrain yourself.

Those don't suit for everyone. Though on my personal experiences I have the practice of those two and I would pretty much say they work. Wish everyone had courage to do these.

Alternatively, do you recommend doing some yoga, mr devil sir
